DRESS CODE

Ladbrook Park Golf Club extends a very warm welcome to everyone visiting our lovely Course and Clubhouse. We respectfully ask all visitors and members alike to adhere to our dress code both on and off the course.


CLUBHOUSE
Smart Casual is expected in the Clubhouse at all times.

Acceptable in the Clubhouse:

• Clean and dry clothing

• Casual trousers or shorts including smart jeans but NOT blue denim

• Shirts without collars that are specifically designed for golf

• Shoes or smart, clean trainers

• White or pastel knee length/ankle socks

• Socks are not required if sandals or ‘loafer’ style shoes are worn

Not acceptable in the Clubhouse:

• Waterproofs or other outdoor clothing

• Blue Denim – apart from Sunday lunches

• Wet or dirty clothing after playing golf

• Golf shoes apart from clean spikeless in the back bar or beach flip flops

• Trainers for sports use

• Shorts or trousers with combat pockets

• Hats or Visors

• Torn or multi-coloured jeans

• Bermuda or football style shorts

• Football shirts, collarless tee shirts or any emblazoned clothing

• Stocking feet

There may on occasions, be a change to the above for certain social events in the Clubhouse or Bar.

GOLF COURSE
Recognised golf attire is expected on the golf course.

Acceptable attire on the Course:

• Gentlemen’s shirts must be tucked into trousers or shorts at all times

• Caps and Visors must always have the peak facing forwards

• Golf footwear only

• Socks worn with shorts, skirts or skorts must be predominantly white or pastel

Not acceptable on the Course:

• Bermuda or football type shorts

• Shorts with combat side pockets

• Trousers with combat side pockets

• Blue denim jeans or skirts

• Tracksuits

To avoid embarrassment on all sides, the Professional staff, Secretary, Directors and Brooks staff will administer the rules.


Group organisers are at all times responsible for the attire of their guests. Guests must be informed of dress requirements in advance to avoid embarrassment.
