Golf Booking
Please make sure you are familiar with all the rules associated with playing golf and practising golf at this special time.

At 02:00 every day the same day one week ahead will be released.
4-ball tee times only at weekends but still some 2-ball slots for early birds during the week.
For those Members who fancy a quick 8 holes early in the morning, you will be able to book a slot off the 11th tee from 30-Mar between 07:30 and 08:45. You will need to select “11th Tee (Back 8 holes only)” as your chosen course on the Club Systems app.
Ladies reserved tee times on Tuesdays (08:00 to 12:00) and LOBS on Thursdays (08:00 to 10:00) are re-instated.
The Driving Range and Chipping Area when open should be booked through Club Systems.
If you book your name down without playing partners taking up the remaining slots, then the empty slots are not reserved for you. In the Ladbrook Park spirit of friendliness any Member is welcome to put their name down to join you.
If you only want to play with certain people then make your arrangements before booking and then fill out all the slots of a tee time with your playing partners.
If you are thinking of joining a 2-ball booking in a quiet time, out of courtesy, please contact them first to see if they are happy for you to join them. - providing their contact details are available in the Members' directory.
You should only book in for the days you are permitted to play under your membership category.
The booking system does not enforce all of the rules above but we will be monitoring the tee bookings!
If you are unable or unwilling to book online then please ask a friend or family member to send in an email request on your behalf to the Office.
You can email the office with a request stating when you would like to play together with the name of your household Member. You will need to give at least 24 hours’ notice. The Office will do their best to accommodate your request and will confirm your allotted start time by email. Emails will only be actioned during normal working hours.
Regrettably you will not be able to book a tee time via telephone.
Tee times will initially be spaced apart in line with guidance from England Golf however we will adjust these as necessary.

Associate Members
In addition to booking a tee slot as above, Associate Members must email the office (secretary@ladbrookparkgolf.co.uk) to confirm that they are using one or two of their tickets. This temporarily replaces the requirement for them to inform the Pro Shop and receive a ticket.
Optional Mobile Booking App
Instead of using a website link you can install a mobile booking app to make your bookings.
Booking a Tee Time
Once you click the link on our website for Tee Booking (Members’ Area) or opened the app, you will need to logon to Club Systems using the email and password you use to logon to HowDidiDo.
If you are not already setup on HowDidiDo there is button for you to register to open an account.

On the website you will need to select the top 'Booking' menu
On the app you will need to go to the top right menu and select 'Booking'.
You should then navigate to the day you wish to book.
You can see who is already booked in, so you can put yourself down to play with another Member.
Please bear in mind that if you book another player in they will not now receive a confirmation email - so please notify them yourselves.
Booking Driving Range or Chipping Area
We are also planning to introduce a temporary booking system for the Driving Range (maximum 2 people for 30 minute slots) and Chipping Area (only one person for 15 minute slot).
Two consecutive slots may be booked on the Chipping Area for those needing to work longer on their short game!
