After representing Warwickshire as an amateur in his youth Ryan gained a scholarship to study Business Management at the University of South Carolina. Upon graduating he returned to the UK and worked at the European HQ of Acushnet, owners of the Titleist and Footjoy brands before joining the Golf Academy at the Belfry.
Ryan turned Professional in 2008, joined Ladbrook as Assistant to Gary Allis in 2010 and subsequently took over as Head Professional in 2013 With extensive tuition and club fitting experience Ryan also has an impressive list of accolades which include Golf Professional of the Year 2017 (Warwickshire Golf Union) and Midland PGA Trainee of the Year 2011 & 2012


Chris joined Ladbrook at the age of 16 and spent 6 years as an amateur representing Warwickshire and the LPGC Scratch Team. After winning the Club Championship in 2012 he turned Professional training at Henley Golf & Country Club and the Welcombe.
Completing his PGA Degree in 2015 he returned to Ladbrook as Assistant Professional.
In 2017 he qualified for his first PGA Professional Championship and by the following year was placed 9th in the PGA Midlands Order of Merit. Latterly 2019 he reached the Final Qualifying round at St Andrews for the Open Championship.



Taking up the game at the age of 12 Nigel joined Nuneaton Golf Club and became Junior Golfer of the Year in 1991. After leaving school he pursued a career in retail and eventually set up his own business. However in 2010 Nigel returned to his first love, golf, and commenced training for the PGA qualification becoming Golfer of the Year in 2012.
Graduating from Birmingham University he became a fully qualified PGA Professional in 2018 and at the beginning of 2019 was offered the opportunity to join Ryan and Chris at Ladbrook Park.
