The Pros


Ryan has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the golf profession as a result of his wide and varied experiences in the industry.

As an Amateur, Ryan represented the County of Warwickshire at all levels from Schoolboy to the full Men’s Team.

In 2003 Ryan gained a golf scholarship to study Business Management at the University of South Carolina in the United States. On completion of his studies he joined Acushnet Europe Ltd. owners of the Titleist and Footjoy brands, working in their European headquarters in Cambridgeshire.

In 2008 Ryan turned Professional after joining the Golf Academy at The Belfry. While progressing through the PGA training programme, he honed his skills in customer service, tuition and club fitting.

In 2010 Ryan joined Ladbrook Park as Assistant Professional to Gary Alliss and over the next 3 years achieved several accolades including Midland PGA Trainee of the Year in 2011 and 2012 and was awarded 3rd place in the Assistant of the Year award run by Pro Shop Europe Magazine in 2012.



Robert is a fully qualified PGA Professional having completed the PGA Golf Degree at Birmingham University. He turned professional in 2006, winning on the Europro Tour and progressing onto Challenge Tour. As an amateur Robert’s career took him around the globe; playing for the Country, Midlands and County, and most notably reached the pinnacle for most golfers by playing in the British Open 2005 at the home of golf, St Andrews. Whilst part of the England A-team, Robert received world-class coaching which he now translates to his own pupils.

Robert is also highly skilled at custom-fitting and golf club repairs having worked as a club repair specialist and custom fitter of golf clubs for seven years.

Robert teaches juniors and adults in one-to-one and group lessons, across all aspects of the game.
